1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, booking, or participating in any service offered by Adrianne McDonald trading as Mindset Strategist LLC ("the Practitioner"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any purchase or booking.
2. Services Offered
Mindset Strategist LLC / The Frequency Labyrinth® offers the following services:
- HD Energetic Blueprint — A written Human Design report delivered digitally.
- Human Design & Astrology Consultation — A live session conducted via video call.
- Shamanic Healing: Healing Through the Labyrinth — A live session conducted via video call.
- Kairos Session — A live session for returning clients, conducted via video call.
- The Frequency Labyrinth Membership — A recurring membership programme including live teachings, Q&A sessions, and access to a content library.
- The Crucible — A private 3-month 1-1 container, available by application only.
3. Booking & Payment
All session bookings are made via the booking link provided on the website. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
The HD Energetic Blueprint is delivered digitally and automatically upon purchase. All other services are delivered via video call at the agreed time.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The following cancellation policy applies to all live sessions:
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. Rescheduling at the Practitioner's discretion.
- No-shows: No refund and no rescheduling.
The Practitioner reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness or emergency. In such cases, the Client will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Digital products (including the HD Energetic Blueprint) are non-refundable once delivered. Live sessions are non-refundable after they have taken place. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact inquire@adriannemcdonald.com within 7 days and the Practitioner will work with you to find a resolution.
The Crucible: A non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance. The remainder of the investment is due prior to the commencement of the programme. No refunds are issued once the programme has commenced.
Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
6. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer
The services offered by Mindset Strategist LLC are intended for personal development, spiritual exploration, and energetic work. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, legal advice, or financial planning.
Adrianne McDonald is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, therapist, lawyer, or financial adviser. Nothing communicated in any session, report, or content should be interpreted as advice in those areas.
By engaging with these services, the Client acknowledges that they take full responsibility for their own choices, decisions, and wellbeing.
7. Confidentiality
The Practitioner treats all client information as strictly confidential. Session content will not be shared with third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law. Clients are asked to extend the same courtesy to other participants in any group or community settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, written materials, recordings, and teachings produced by Adrianne McDonald and The Frequency Labyrinth® are the intellectual property of Adrianne McDonald. Clients may not reproduce, share, or repurpose this content without express written permission.
The Frequency Labyrinth® is a registered trademark. Unauthorised use of this mark is prohibited.
9. Recording of Sessions
Sessions may be recorded by the Practitioner for the Client's personal use. Recordings will be shared with the Client privately. The Client may not share, publish, or distribute session recordings without written consent from the Practitioner. Clients who wish to record sessions themselves must request permission in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Practitioner's total liability to the Client for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question. The Practitioner is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Practitioner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
